Our annual Christmas Banquet will be held at The Courthouse Square Ballroom, 1102 A Street, Tacoma.  A wonderful dinner will be served and there will be a variety of activities. All students are warmly invited to attend. More information to come.

Please read the school guidelines below regarding banquets and social events. Students choosing to attend are required to stay for the entire event. Students who are bringing a guest must ask the office for a guest pass form and guests must follow all guidelines for dress and behavior.

Banquet Information and Guidelines

A Christmas Banquet is held each year at CHS. The purpose is to allow a special time of fun and fellowship for the students outside of the normal school days. It is not the intention of Covenant High School to encourage dating. All students are encouraged to attend the banquet individually or with others.

Sunday dress is most appropriate for the banquet. Students are discouraged from purchasing or renting formal attire. Students are encouraged to dress nicely from what they already have in their wardrobe and appropriately for the activity. Banquet attire is to reflect the same principles and guidelines of the general dress code policy. Short or low cut dresses, strapless and backless dresses, and dresses with spaghetti straps are not permitted. Students who do not follow these guidelines may be required to put on additional clothing provided by school staff.
