Academic Excellence

“Equipping Students to Excel in Academics”

Covenant High School, founded in 1992, is an accredited and state-approved, college-preparatory school for grades 9 through 12. The average class size is 20 students.  CHS’s rigorous curriculum features a thorough exploration of classic English literature, math, science, history, speech, Bible, and Spanish. Students also choose from electives such as mobile app design, concert choir, marine biology, photography, and Latin. Our students develop academic skills through reading, critical thinking, writing, and discussion.

“CHS provided the academic rigor I was hungering for and prepared me well for further study.” – Autumn Darms Parkinson, Class of  2004 (BA in history from Pacific Lutheran University and MA in history from the University of Washington)

“I am still benefiting from the reading and the writing set for me at CHS, and the instinct I gained of putting Christ at the center of my work, my thought and my relationships.” – Peter McNeely, Class of 2003 (MA in Latin from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland)
