Welcome from
the Principal

It is my privilege to welcome you to Covenant High School. We are a Christian, classical, and college preparatory school serving students from a variety of churches throughout the South Sound region.

I have observed the exceptional quality of our faculty as they model their Christian faith as a “living curriculum” to our students and demonstrate freshly applied classical pedagogy. While living their faith and teaching classically, our faculty teach all subject matter with a scriptural view of man, viewing humanity as being created in the image of God but also fallen. God is viewed as the source of all truth, and therefore, our teachers naturally seek to emphasize the cross-curricular interconnection between the disciplines.

We aspire for our graduates to not only think, read, listen, and speak well; we aspire for them to absorb our motto “To glorify God and enjoy Him forever” into their daily rituals and living. John Milton in his treatise on education captures the essence of this when he wrote, “The end then of learning is to repair the ruins of our first parents by regaining to know God aright, and out of that knowledge to love him, to imitate him, to be like him.” And so, on behalf of the Covenant community, I invite you to visit us and learn more about this unique place.

In Christ,

Mr. David T. Miller
Principal
