Covenant offers several summer camps, which are engaging educational opportunities for a wide variety of students and ages, led by Covenant faculty.
In the Lincoln-Douglas five-day camp, students will receive the foundations of political philosophy, the fundamentals of persuasive and winsome argumentation, and practice in the format of Lincoln-Douglas Debate. By the end of this camp, students will be prepared to compete in the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association for the 2022-23 academic year.
This camp is intended for students entering grades 9-12. Camp dates are August 2-6 from 9:30 am to 12 pm. Registration costs $150 per camper and there is a 10% discount for any Covenant students who join debate in fall, 2021.
