The Parent Teacher Association

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) gives parents the opportunity to help fulfill the school’s mission through using parent’s talents and skills to advance the school. This is achieved through providing parent-to-parent connection opportunities, parent education opportunities, volunteer opportunities for school events, chaperoning, and assisting the school in fundraising. All current parents are automatically members of the PTA. PTA board members are selected by the administration and approved the Covenant High School Board. An annual budget is built into the school budget, and the PTA board votes to approve the budget for the year. The PTA has facilitated coffee connections, ice cream socials for new families, new mother’s brunch, provided volunteer help with concerts and art shows, teacher appreciation week, and currently is planning a new spring auction event to further support Covenant’s mission.
